How it works

A precise path from failed part to working equipment.

01

Show us the failure

Start with photos, key dimensions, equipment details, and what the part needs to do.

02

Get the engineering answer

We assess feasibility and confirm the $49 engineering fee before any CAD work begins.

03

Approve the build plan

You receive a clear quote, material recommendation, and expected turnaround to approve.

04

Receive the replacement

We manufacture the part and only ask for a mail-in sample when photos cannot resolve the fit.

The engineering fee

Know the path before you pay for the part.

The $49 engineering fee covers the initial assessment and reverse-engineering work needed to determine whether we can make a dependable replacement.

Engineering assessment

$49

  • Feasibility review based on your photos, dimensions, and use case
  • Material recommendation for the environment and loads involved
  • Clear manufacturing price and turnaround before fabrication
Start with the assessment

Built for the part nobody sells

A replacement should respect the job it has to do.

We design around the important details: mating surfaces, fit, motion, heat, vibration, impact, weather, and how you will install it. A close-looking copy is not enough.

Fit-driven reverse engineering

We build the interface back into the design.

Geometry, tolerances, and material choice work together.

Mail-in is the exception.

We start digitally. If a critical detail cannot be measured from photos and dimensions, we will ask for the original part.

Made for a second life.

Useful repeat designs can become part of the PartForge library for faster replacement orders later.

Tell us what failed.

Share the equipment, the broken part, and any dimensions you have. We’ll reply with a focused photo and measurement checklist if we need more information.
